Tom has 2 decades of experience in this industry and working with GLP. Before Tom was the National Director of agent development, he spent 14 years working in the field as an insurance agent and Registered Representative. He learned the importance of making connections with his clients and helping families achieve their financial goals. His priority now is working with agents and providing them with the support they need to help foster strong client relationships, training them on client service and helping them grow and cultivate their business. When Tom isn’t working with agents and clients, he spends his time with his wife and son.
